MS. SHERRIE JARNU, PRESIDENT OF KINGDOM MANAGEMENT

Since 2003, Ms. Sherrie Jarnu has continued to equip herself with various professional educational resources. This has allowed her to grow and maintain a very successful property management company. Kingdom Management presently manages over 100 HOA and Condominium communities. Ms. Jarnu participates in annual continuing education coursework for Community Association Management. This includes, but is not limited to, areas of human resource training, operation of physical property, insurance, financial management, and supplemental CAM instruction. Each year, Kingdom Management hosts a large legal seminar at a local upscale restaurant with a guest speaker who practices Association Law in the State of Florida. Board Members are encouraged to attend and be educated on the new legal updates in the State of Florida.

Additionally, Ms. Jarnu is involved in the local community. She participates in educational training, and personally serves on various communities’ Board of Directors. Ms. Jarnu is a former substitute teacher at Providence School. She participates with vendor events, such as, the Annual Mayor’s Housing and Neighborhoods Summit, is an active member of CPAC-2 and was the former treasurer for the Coalition of Kernan Blvd. Communities. Each year, Ms. Jarnu participates in the production of The Community Nutcracker. Ms. Jarnu got involved over five years ago with her daughter, before she graduated and moved to Texas to attend Baylor University.
